Kishan was extremely kind, thorough and considerate of mine and my husband's feelings. I felt he had all the time in the world for us and went above and beyond to find me somewhere private to breastfeed my 11 day old baby away from the hustle and bustle of the main A & E department. He then followed up by keeping in touch via text which made me feel very valued as a patient and reassured that I am on the right track to recovering. Overall I would say that everything he did was above and beyond what I would have expected.

Dr K Rees was an absoloute star from the moment we arrived, my daughter has autism and had fell over in the shower resulting in a bad cut above her eye, a severe swelling on her her cheek and being unconscious for a short time. He made her feel at ease from the minute we arrived and ensured she was relaxed and not concerned about her injuries and the fact that she'd been taken to hospital. He had total empathy regarding her condition and he was able to communicate in such a way that she was able to understand, even taking her around to X-ray personally and looking at the results immediately. The whole visit only lasted 1 hour and she was back at home in her environment where she was able to rest and feel reassured. I can't praise this Doctor enough not can I express my gratitude enough to the ambulance crew who arrived In a matter of minutes taking control of the situation. I thank them all from the bottom of my heart and I'm so grateful for this excellent institution that keeps us all safe and in good health.

Well what Can I say!!! Absolute amazing doctor from start to finish, was truly caring and after seeing my daughter after her gymnastics accident he wanted constant updates on how she was feeling, and if any worries to let him know straight away. I loved how straight to the job he was, how calm he kept my daughter after this traumatic injury and what a fantastic job he did. My self and my daughter are so so pleased with the care and after care dr Rees gave. This is the care and after we need more of as I went away extremely happy as a parent and knowing if I had questions that I could just ask. Just fantastic, we need more like you dr Rees. with all the great care we had I’ve recommended Lincoln hospital to all I know.

Dr Kishan Rees is an outstanding young doctor. I had the pleasure and luck to meet him at Lincoln County Hospital in the A&E department and without him I wouldn't know about my current long term condition which he helped to identify. Dr Rees is extremely caring and compassionate and he listened to me so carefully that he was then able to refer me to the right speciality doctors who eventually understood what my problem was and made the diagnoses. He went against the opinion of some of his colleagues in order to deliver the best possible care to me and I am sure this is the attitude he adopts for every single one of his patients, treating them like a person first, rather than only a mixture of symptoms. He tooked the time to carefully explain what the next steps, after the visit in A&E, were, and although I understand the medical language, as I am also in the health care professions, he talked to me using very simple and clear language. Dr Rees was so committed to identify the nature of my issue that he also managed to make the time, in his already very busy schedule, to come and visit me, once admitted on the medical ward. I really recommend Dr Rees to anyone needing emergency care, and I really wish there were more doctors like him, especially in the NHS, which consider their job primarily as a vocation. Thank you Dr. Rees for the dedication and commitment to your job.

I had the privilege of working with Kishan for approximately 18 months. I always found him very courteous, willing to listen and review patients with me whenever I asked him. I was impressed by his demeanour with the patients I saw him review with me. I would be more than happy to find him looking after a relative of mine.
